####**Teams (beta) feature on Stall Catchers is LIVE, and you can start creating teams**!

The competition to #CrushALZ will start TODAY, April 6, at 10pm ET. You can start creating teams now & start to play around, although note that all team scores will reset to zero at 10pm ET!

Special notice: We need your help cleaning the data! If you're seeing wanky movies in Stall Catchers (e.g. missing outline, an outline that does not align with a vessel, or an outline that jumps to a new spot in the same movie), flag them and make it easier for the next person! This particular dataset was prepared using new automated vessel tracing and - we all know it - machines aren't perfect! But we can fix it :)

How to join a team:

  1. Login or Register on Stall Catchers
  2. Your current team - Team Humanity - is displayed on the left of the main (analysis) page
  3. Click "Choose team" right below the team name and you'll be taken to the list of teams
  4. Look through the list and pick the one you like
  5. Click the "Join" button

If you don't see a team you'd like to join, you can create one! You can also change teams at any time. (See below)

How to create a team: Note: one player can only create one team

  1. Login or Register on Stall Catchers
  2. Navigate to "Teams (beta)" in the main menu
  3. Click on "Create a new team"
  4. Fill in the team registration form and upload a picture if you like. You can optionally join a League if you see one that fits your team. (Alternatively you can also create a league (see below), and join it later.)
  5. Click "Save" & you will be taken to the newly created Team page

How to invite others to your team:

  1. In your team page, copy the Invite link right below the team name
  2. Share it with anyone you like!
  3. By following the link new users will have to register and will be pre-configured members of your team. Existing Stall Catchers players will be invited to join your team.

How to edit your team:

  1. If you'd like to edit any of the team details (name, description, logo, league), navigate to "Teams (beta)"
  2. Click on "My team"
  3. Click on "Edit team"
  4. Enter the new info, select or change the League if you like & click "Save"

How to change teams:

  1. Click on "Change team" right below your current team name on the main (analysis) page, or navigate to "Teams (beta)". You'll be taken to the list of teams
  2. Look through the list and pick the one you like
  3. Click the "Join" button
  4. You will lose membership in your previous team, but your contributions up to this date will be preserved. You can also go back at any time!

How to join a League:

  1. Navigate to "Teams (beta)"
  2. Click on "My team"
  3. Click on "Edit team"
  4. Select the League you like & click "Save"

How to create a League: Note: one player can only create one league

  1. Navigate to "Teams (beta)"
  2. Click on "Leagues"
  3. Click on "Create a new league"
  4. Fill in the league registration form and upload a picture if you like.
  5. Click "Save". Your created team will automatically join the league, but you can always change it by editing your team details.
